Clerk (m/f/d)
Order processing and assistant to the branch manager
Our focus is on electrical power sources, process monitoring and resistance welding services. Our customers can be found in all areas of industry. with a particular focus on suppliers and OEMs of the automotive industry.
We serve customers in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also have customer contacts worldwide.
Main area of responsibility:
- Qualified, independent clerical work in order processing
- Use of our APPlus ERP system.
- Handling of the process chain from order entry to delivery and invoicing
- To a lesser extent, general office work
- Assistance with regard to promotions, website, organisation and site management
Professional requirements:
- Completed commercial training with sound knowledge of operational processes
- Experience in the use of an ERP system, ideally APPlus
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Understanding of the handling/distribution of technical products and services
Personal requirements:
- Written and spoken German and English
- Independence and self-responsibility
- Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team and resilience
- Discretion with sensitive information and data
Working hours and start of job:
- Working hours: Full-time, part-time not excluded
- To begin work immediately

Applications technician/ engineer

We serve customers in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also have customer contacts worldwide.
In order to be able to offer high-quality services for our growing customer base, we are seeking new workforce members with an appetite for versatility and high standards of service, applications engineering and customer support.
Your duties include
- Setting up and commissioning our products on customers’ premises
- Supporting our customers on site, by telephone and online
- Providing application advice on welding systems, quality assurance and process management
- Providing training on the customer’s premises and on our in-house demonstration machines

What should you bring with you
- An engineering, technician’s or comparable qualification, especially in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics
- Willingness to travel for work in Germany and abroad
- Fluent business German and good written and spoken English
- Quick comprehension and structured, independent and goal-oriented work
- Experience in the field of welding technology is an advantage but not essential
- Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Communication skills and an attitude of service in contact with our customers
- Class B driving licence

Service/ applications engineer

We serve customers in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also have customer contacts worldwide.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
- Commissioning our products on customers’ premises in Germany and abroad
- Analysis, recording and where necessary repair of mechanical and electrical faults
- Providing internal and external training
- Technical service hotline
- Scheduling and tracking of service interventions and the customer complaints and grievances to be handled
REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed training as a mechatronics engineer or comparable qualification, especially in the field of electrical engineering/ automation technology
- Good or excellent knowledge of English is required
- Know-how in resistance welding systems is desirable
- Willingness to travel and work on service assignments in Germany and abroad
- Ability to grasp situations quickly and solution-oriented work
- Ability to think across departments Work experience desirable
- Class B driving licence
