The Filius welding controller family is designed for the use of stand-alone machines for different welding processes. Its clever design concept enables you to make use of various mains-frequency (50/60 Hz) and medium-frequency technologies uniformly operable and usable. A rich feature set, coupled with low cost outlay, makes your manufacturing cost-effective. Thanks to a USB interface in the front panel, you can quickly move software and other data between controllers. Programming is done either via your PC (XFilius) or directly on the control unit by pressing and turning the central wheel. Working with symbols as much as possible enables language barriers to be overcome. In addition, in some configurations you can connect a remote controller to your Filius. This enables operation via a second control unit. This is helpful, for example, with double welding cells with two operators. Each operator then has his or her own device.
