Process monitoring

Our process monitoring systems offer the possibility of seamlessly monitoring and fully documenting your joining process. Parameters such as current, voltage, resistance, force and penetration can be monitored and are used in spot and projection welding in particular.

With a Genius welding controller, our process monitoring can be directly integrated with the PQS-Ready option or implemented with any other welding controller via the QUADRIGO measurement module. The use of mains frequency (50 Hz), medium frequency (1000 Hz) and even high frequency (10 kHz) can be monitored. Our monitoring systems are also designed for capacitor discharge welding and specially adapted to the specific joining process.
