Despite the greatest care, equipment can still fail. To be able to help you quickly and effectively in the event of a repair, we need some information from you. Please therefore complete the repair form. You can enter all the required information directly onto the form. The fields outlined in red are mandatory fields. Please be sure to fill these in. Your information is required for error analysis and enables a smooth process.
Download the repair form to your computer and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. After you complete the document, it is automatically inserted by the ‘Send’ button into your e-mail software and an e-mail is generated. At this stage you can add any further important information such as photos, logbooks, etc.

Once our colleagues received your device, they will examine it. Our service department will then contact you and inform you about the further procedure. They will send you a cost estimate by e-mail. You then discuss everything else with us.
