In addition to displacement sensors, we also offer force sensors for your welding gun or welding head. Here we mostly employ strain sensors from Kistler. These are attached to the pincer arm and measure its elongation when the two electrodes are moved together.

With our mobile T1600 measuring device from TECNA, you always have all welding gun measurement data available. Especially when setting up a system, it is important to know whether the welding machine is delivering the desired current and the gun is reaching the desired pressure.

You can order the measuring device either in combination with the two sensors or individually.

The force transducers are available in versions up to 200 daN and up to 1200 daN.
